Reports of unidentified sonar contacts or objects said to operate below the surface. They are not one vehicle, and no public record supplies a hull that could be drawn without inventing it.
Tim Gallaudet has asked for maritime reports to be examined. That advocacy is not proof of a non-human submarine. Known submarines, marine animals, acoustic artefacts, and incomplete records come first. Bashar’s ocean-floor bases are a separate teaching. They are not this file.
