What the teachings say is already here

What the cameras hold
Navy infrared video from 2004 and 2015 was confirmed genuine by the Department of Defense on 27 April 2020. The three public files are the clip, , and . They are not photographs of one another. The 2021 ODNI preliminary assessment left a set of cases unexplained and asked for better data. NASA’s independent UAP study treated the subject as legitimate and found no credible evidence of extraterrestrial life, and no evidence that UAP are extraterrestrial. The footage is a find. The five names from the craft talk are a teaching. A white capsule on a Navy tape and a in a session share a nickname. They are still two sentences. Shapes people also group — a , a , a — and claims of or travel are the next chapter, one file at a time.
S-4 as a public claim
Bob Lazar said in 1989 that he had worked at a site called S-4 near Groom Lake, looking at recovered craft and an element he called 115. The story has been told, denied, retold, and filmed. It is not a Law of One session, and it is not a Bashar field guide. It is one of the ways a classified aerospace story entered living rooms a generation before the Pentagon confirmed that three Navy tapes were real Navy tapes.
S4: The Bob Lazar Story (2026) tells that account as a film: a man, a hangar, a craft being studied. This site names the film and does not play it. Reverse-engineering, if it happened, would be a human programme looking at hardware. It would not, by itself, tell you whether Ra’s quarantine is real, or whether Bashar’s ocean-floor bases are. A film can prepare a public. It cannot stand in for a session or for a find.
