Grant holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Thunderbird, and was CEO of Bausch & Lomb Surgical, according to his book. He founded Crown Sterling, a cryptography company whose 2019 sponsored talk at Black Hat was disavowed by the conference; cryptographers reported in Ars Technica found its claims unsupported. In 2018 he reported Alpha and Omega marks on the coffer in the King’s Chamber. His method is the digital root and the near-miss constant. The site keeps his observations where they are checkable and labels the rest as his reading.
