Jeremy Corbell
Jeremy Corbell is a documentary filmmaker and UAP investigator whose influence comes primarily through the public circulation of witness interviews, videos and allegations about secret technology. He is not a congressional witness in the same sense as military personnel who have testified about their own experiences. Instead, his role is that of a media intermediary: he interviews sources, selects material for release, frames stories for an audience and helps keep particular cases in public discussion. That role can be consequential, but it also carries responsibilities different from those of a scientist or an official investigator.
Corbell is particularly associated with the documentary 'Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers', which revisited Lazar's decades-old account of work on alleged recovered craft. Lazar's claims concern supposed reverse engineering and exotic propulsion, topics central to popular discussions of alien technology. A film about a claim is not itself proof of that claim. Corbell's contribution is to document the testimony, contextualise it and make it accessible to viewers who may then investigate further. The proper research question is which parts of a narrative are supported by records independent of the interviewee.
