Lenval Logan
Lenval Logan is a retired US Air Force intelligence professional who has described work connected with the government’s UAP Task Force. He appeared with Jason Sands on The Joe Rogan Experience #2264 and in James Fox’s documentary The Program. His case differs from that of a witness who reports a single dramatic encounter: Logan also speaks about how intelligence organisations receive, interpret, and investigate reports. This makes him valuable to a research archive concerned with the procedures behind UAP claims as well as the claims themselves.
In the Rogan conversation, Logan said he began as a B-52 crew chief, later retrained in intelligence, and served more than two decades in the Air Force. He described an early sighting in Britain and other experiences over subsequent years. These are his recollections, and the archive should preserve them as such. Military service can establish familiarity with aircraft and operational reporting, but it cannot eliminate perceptual error, missing context, or the possibility that unusual observations have conventional explanations.
