Jason Sands
Jason Sands became a prominent voice in the contemporary UAP conversation through interviews and his appearance in James Fox’s documentary The Program. In the Joe Rogan Experience episode #2264, he described serving in the United States Air Force for roughly twenty-two years and moving from airframe maintenance into intelligence. That background matters because it is part of the authority with which he presents his account; it does not independently establish the existence of a secret non-human programme. His appearance is an example of a broader disclosure movement in which former military personnel describe experiences they say cannot be reconciled with ordinary explanations.
Sands has described a childhood sighting of a luminous object, which he said his mother also witnessed. He has also discussed intelligence work associated with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and alleged conversations about non-human intelligence. In his Rogan interview he characterised part of the information as intercepted communications, not direct observation of an extraterrestrial being. This distinction is crucial. Even an accurately remembered intercepted conversation would demonstrate that people discussed a claim, not that the underlying claim was true. The original recording, provenance, context, and authentication would be necessary to advance the evidence.
