The 33-degree cone: Secrets (1997), Walter Russell, and the ResonantFractals builds
What if the angle is 33 degrees because a session said so — and the claimed inertial effect has not been repeated?
Secrets (1997) offered cones as antennas. ResonantFractals built double-cone coils from 2015 to 2019. One bench reported an effect. Nobody else has.
The claim
In the session Secrets, 3 January 1997, is reported to describe cone-shaped devices offered as energy antennas, with Fibonacci proportions beside the cone. The 33-degree figure recurs in later sessions and in the 2019 Earth Zero exchange, where a participant describes a double-cone coil of 33 turns at 33 degrees already built.
What was built
Between 2015 and 2019 the ResonantFractals archive describes successive builds of 33-degree double-cone coils, credited to Bashar’s cone and to Walter Russell’s geometry. The pages give construction, volume calculations, and later notes on vibration and electrical resonance. The numbers are on that site.
What was measured
The author reports claimed inertial effects. No one else has repeated them in anything this site has found. A reported effect from one bench is a report.
Still open
An independent build with the same geometry, instrumented, and a published result either way. Copying the ResonantFractals figures into a single table would be the first step.
