Thirteen humans said to live aboard craft
What if Earth already has a council of thirteen people living off-world — and nobody is allowed to name them?
Hybrid children in Tic Tacs are one story. This page is a different, narrower claim, circulating as a long unofficial Q&A: a tiny ambassadorial group, not a passenger list.
The number
Only thirteen human individuals, the teaching says, live for extended periods aboard extraterrestrial-origin ships. They function as an ambassadorial council representing Earth, translating incoming frequencies into something Earth-compatible. Their energy is symbolically linked to the thirteen crystal skulls. Names are withheld.
This is not the hybrid-children programme, and it is not “lots of people live on ships.” At any moment, roughly fifteen to twenty-three species are said to be interacting with Earth in some way. Those numbers are teachings. They are not a census.
DNA as a kind of technology
A related Q&A treats alterations in DNA structure as radiating frequencies that read as “alien DNA,” and that frequency signature as a kind of technology. Individual charts may mention Orion or Sirius overlays. That is distinct from “there is a microchip in your genes.” No laboratory has published an extraterrestrial sequence in human DNA.
Grey hybridisation remains the familiar spine: a parallel-Earth humanity that dropped emotionality, then used advanced tech to reach this Earth for viable DNA. Mantis beings are described as having been brought in to guide that process. is one resulting hybrid civilisation, here partly so Earth does not repeat that path.
