Tic Tac
Navy pilots David Fravor and Alex Dietrich described a white, smooth, oblong object over disturbed water off Southern California on 14 November 2004. The famous infrared clip belongs to that Nimitz episode and was not filmed during Fravor’s close pass.
No public calibrated track establishes the most extreme speeds later claimed, and no close photograph has been authenticated. The Department of Defense confirmed the Navy video in 2020 and did not identify the object. Do not use the GIMBAL or GoFast frame as a picture of it. Bashar later uses the same nickname for hybrid capsules. The nickname is shared. The speaker is not.
