What contact is said to look like
What if the first open meeting is not a stranger from the stars — it is someone who already looks like us, and a stack of postcards is the instrument they asked for?

The teachings give a window, not a day this university will print as fact. Get used to two silhouettes. Then, they say, named hybrids. Then peoples with no human line. Ra’s contact is mostly inner. The paper under all of it is still the Navy videos and the ODNI report.
Get used to two shapes
Triangles and s appear more often, in more places, until the sight is familiar. Hybrids in the s prepare to live among humans. Other peoples’ ships wait. He also says public disclosure talk is already more serious. That forecast is not the Navy tapes.
A commentator speaking about Bashar gives a relative clock: named human-looking hybrids first, then beings with no human line. That conversation is undated. This site does not supply a year it does not have.
A window, a postcard, a decade of dreams
The circulating band is 2025 to 2033. Public talk often names 2026 as a disclosure year and about 2027 as the beginning of open contact. After 2033, interaction accelerates. By 2050 Earth is expected to have its own ships and at least partial Interstellar Alliance membership. 2050 to 2060 is nicknamed the decade of dreams.
A protocol: ninety cheap postcards to the White House, no return address, one a day through October, November, and December. It is treated as a way for associated worlds to read collective commitment. This university describes the protocol. It does not assign it as homework.
Ra’s contact is mostly inner
Confederation presence is largely telepathic and constrained by free will. contact is the opposing pressure. The is the horizon, not a landing on a lawn.
The ODNI’s 2021 assessment, the Pentagon’s confirmation of the Navy videos, and NASA’s independent UAP study — which found no credible evidence of extraterrestrial life — are the public record under every schedule above.
