The Super Sun, the Photon Belt, and one measured clock
Each teaching had the earlier ones to read. Astronomy moved the galactic centre to Sagittarius in 1918, seventy years after Mädler put it in the Pleiades, and found no companion star in 2014.
What if one real sky-cycle is 25,772 years — and several spiritual clocks were tuned to its length?
Axial precession is measured. A Super Sun, a Photon Belt, and Alcyone as a central sun are later assemblies. NASA’s WISE survey found no companion. Numerical closeness is not a shared mechanism.
The measured clock
Earth’s axis traces a slow circle. One turn of takes about 25,772 years, caused by the Moon and Sun pulling on Earth’s equatorial bulge. Separately, the Solar System orbits the centre of the Milky Way in about 230 million years. That centre is a dense star field and the black hole Sagittarius A*, not a luminous supersun, and not Alcyone.
The proposed clock
Sri Yukteswar, in 1894, gave the Sun a stellar companion and a 24,000-year orbit, and a second motion around . Paul Otto Hesse, around 1950, drew a 24,000-year circuit through a radiation ring. Samael Aun Weor, in 1977, named Alcyone as the star. Essene and Nidle, in the 1990s, called the ring a . , in Session 6, describes cycles of about 25,000 years; the catalogue for a 2002 Bashar session lists a Photon Belt question, not the answer.
How they became one story
Johann Heinrich von Mädler proposed Alcyone as a in 1846. Stellar motions later put the galactic centre in Sagittarius. Blavatsky’s Central Spiritual Sun, 1888, is a metaphysical source. The later belt literature folded the disproved astronomy, the metaphysics, and Yukteswar’s period into one picture. Numerical agreement is not a shared mechanism.
What bounds it, and what is still open
NASA’s WISE survey found no Saturn-sized or larger object within 10,000 AU. Japan’s National Astronomical Observatory lists the Photon Belt as a concept without scientific evidence. The Pleiades’ blue cloud is starlight on dust. A 2026 review by Merav Opher does show that the heliosphere can be compressed by denser interstellar clouds, on scales of millions of years, not 24,000.
