What will not happen
What if the visitors described in these accounts will neither rescue a population nor allow it to destroy the planet?

Each later teaching had the earlier ones to read. An overlap between them is a shared library before it is a second witness.
These teachings describe a choice already under way, rather than a future that arrives from outside and completes it. Contact follows that choice. Full-scale nuclear war is said to be prevented. Limited war is not described as fully prevented.
No rescue, and a hard nuclear line
Bashar’s account says the work of a life can be refused and that nothing of it is lost. The says help that decides for Earth’s people removes the condition of the choice. Both describe the change as a sorting by orientation, rather than as one event that happens to everyone at the same moment.
Full-scale nuclear war is said to be prevented because it would damage more than one world. Reports cited in support include craft observed over missile fields. Limited conventional war, and limited nuclear strikes, are not described as fully prevented. The sources call Earth unusually important, and they still assign the decisions to the people who live here.
No invasion
The hybrids are described as cautionary, not commanding. The are a path already run: a parallel-Earth humanity that dropped feeling, then came here for DNA. Mantis beings are described as guides of that process. is a pressure, met inside a people’s own choosing. No source on this site describes conquest.
Contact as consequence
Ra gives a cycle, Bashar a window, the commentator a relative clock. This site keeps those sentences and adds no appointment of its own.
Contemporary culture pictures first contact as a cause: ships arrive, everything changes. These teachings run it the other way. A population shifts what it chooses; contact follows at the pace the society can bear without being overridden. That is the single most different idea on this shelf about the future.
