Sacred Circuitry is a set of symbols and words, used as a meditation. The recording’s language of brain circuitry is a teaching. It is not a measured change in a brain.

Hyperconductivity is not a material state
The teaching describes integration and what it calls hyperconductivity. The recording does not contain brain measurements of those effects. A feeling of clarity is a report of experience. Physical superconductivity is a property of a material below a critical condition, with a characteristic magnetic response. The two uses of the idea should not be folded together. The claim that a particular number of minutes is optimal belongs to the teaching. It is not established here as a rule of neuroscience.
