Tuning forks, and a crystal instrument said to be thought into shape

A tuning fork is an ordinary resonator. In this teaching it is also used as an attention. A thought-formed instrument is a further claim, and it has no build on this page.

One discussion gives a short original use of tuning forks. The steps stay in the recording rather than being copied here, because a practice sequence is the publisher’s material. A separate passage describes crystal instruments formed by thought. That is a reported capability. It is not a specification of an alloy, a mould, or a frequency to cut.

Sound as an interface, not as a measured therapy

The fork produces a tone a person can hear and feel. Any further effect on attention is a report inside the teaching. It is not a clinical result, and it is not the resonance-medicine claim on the neighbouring article. Playing, listening, and composing remain available without that claim.

Overlapping uploads of one explanation are one source. They do not add a second measurement.
