History · Chapter 6
Lost worlds on paper
Ra, Plato, Cayce, and Bashar date Mu and Atlantis. Doggerland, under the North Sea, is a drowned Mesolithic landscape that has been mapped. An incomplete map is not proof of a lost high civilisation.
A reconstructed North Sea shore. Doggerland is a real drowned landscape. It is not Atlantis and not Mu. Photograph-like image made for this site. Not a licensed travel photo.
People tell this stretch of history with different dates. A dotted line means the same event, a different year.
Teachings give Mu and Atlantis dates. Plato wrote the oldest surviving story. Bashar’s Last Days of Atlantis adds a comet, a third destruction, and a geography of ice-age islands. The North Sea holds a real inhabited landscape called Doggerland. Incomplete is not the same as hidden.
Dates in the teachings
, in Session 10.15, dates to a tectonic shift about 53,000 years ago, with survivors reaching Russia and the Americas. , in the same session, is agrarian until about 15,000 years ago, then technical, then negative. A war about 11,000 years ago removes roughly two-fifths of the people. The land goes under in 10,821. Positive groups leave for Tibet, Peru, and Turkey. Those figures belong to Ra. They are not Plato’s numbers and they are not a carbon date.
In the Bashar session Last Days of Atlantis, Halloween, All Souls, and All Saints are framed as memorial days of the destruction. Geography: ice-age islands whose remnants include the Bahamas and Cuba, with influence across the Americas, the Mediterranean, and Africa. Architecture is not Greek; the closest surviving analog given is Minoan Knossos, with a crystal-lined labyrinth used as a resonance path. A large comet on an eccentric Earth-crossing orbit; tsunami; a third and final destruction after earlier disasters. Knowledge cached in worldwide stone, including Giza. Sasquatch, as “slip walkers,” left into another dimension around the impact. Those sentences are a teaching. They are not a trench.
Older paper
, in Timaeus and Critias in the fourth century BCE, is the earliest literary Atlantis we still have: an island beyond the Pillars of Heracles, a war with Athens, a sinking in a day and a night. He places it 9,000 years before Solon, which, taken literally, lands near 9600 BCE — the number uses as an anchor. ’s trance readings, decades before Ra, gave Atlantis a technology, a catastrophe, and migrations to Egypt and the Americas. Lemuria grew from nineteenth-century science writing about a sunken Indian Ocean land, then from occult books that filled the name. Channelings inherit those names and write dates the earlier authors did not write.
The drowned land that is real

connected Britain to the continent and was lived in through the Mesolithic. Vince Gaffney and colleagues mapped its rivers and lakes from seismic data; tools and bones still come up in trawler nets. It went under as the ice-age seas rose, finished off around 8,200 years ago in a last pulse often tied to the Storegga slide. No high-tech civilisation has been found there, and the archaeologists who map it do not expect one. It was a country of hunter-gatherers, and it is now the North Sea floor.
Large inhabited landscapes are underwater, so the prehistoric map is missing pieces. That is true, and it is a reason to survey the shelves. Incomplete is not the same as hidden. Doggerland is the drowned country we can actually point to. It is not Ra’s Atlantis, not Plato’s island, and not Mu.
